My life experience at AYBU

 

My university experiences thus far have been amazing. I have learned and experienced so many new things in such a short period of time, and it has gone by so fast. I am still discovering all the opportunities that university offers me. AYBU is a very welcoming place, and from the first day, I felt at home here. I have made many new friends from many different backgrounds.

My classes are great and I enjoy every one of them, especially Programming classes. I am also taking introductory Turkish, which I greatly enjoy. Learning a new language is challenging but it is very rewarding. The course load is intense, so time management is key.

 

As for extracurricular activities, I am part of football team. We play football in every week and it’s so enjoyable, another thing a really enjoy on campus is riding the bicycles. Also Another thing a really enjoy on campus is going to the gym; I try to go at least three times a week.

 

Time has been flying by and it’s hard to believe that we have been on campus for four months already. Life at AYBU is a great experience that I plan to make the most out of.

Üniversite deneyimlerim şimdiye kadar inanılmazdı. Bu kadar kısa sürede çok fazla yeni şey öğrendim ve deneyimledim ve çok hızlı geçti. Hala üniversitenin bana sunduğu tüm fırsatları keşfediyorum. AYBU çok misafirperver bir yer ve ilk günden itibaren burada kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Birçok farklı geçmişe sahip birçok yeni arkadaş edindim.

Derslerim harika ve hepsinden zevk alıyorum, özellikle Programlama derslerinden. Ben de çok keyif aldığım giriş Türkçe dersi alıyorum. Yeni bir dil öğrenmek zor ama çok ödüllendirici. Ders yükü yoğundur, bu nedenle zaman yönetimi çok önemlidir.

                                                                                             

Ders dışı etkinliklere gelince, ben futbol takımının bir parçasıyım. Her hafta futbol oynuyoruz ve bu çok keyifli, kampüste gerçekten keyif alınan bir diğer şey de bisiklete binmek. Ayrıca kampüste gerçekten keyif alınan bir diğer şey de spor salonuna gitmektir; Haftada en az üç kez gitmeye çalışıyorum.

 

Zaman geçiyor ve dört aydır kampüste olduğumuza inanmak zor. AYBU'da yaşam, en iyi şekilde yararlanmayı planladığım harika bir deneyim..

AYBU ERASMUS APPLICATION AND STUDENTS EXPERIENCES

  Exchange students who meet the criteria are welcomed with open arms.  Sadiq sanusi Adamu Ankara Yildrim Beyazit university (AYBU), founded in 2010, is a distinguished state higher education institution in Ankara, Turkey that prides itself on its strong international perspective, high quality research-based education and diversity.   So far, my university experiences have been incredible. I've learnt and experienced so much in such a little amount of time, and it's all gone by so quickly. I'm still learning about all of the possibilities that university has to offer. I've made numerous new pals from various regions of the globe and many new friends from different cultures. Our school has a large number of international pupils, which has given me insight into various cultures. I can remember the last time when our school organised an international students day. We saw many different cultures, which is another opportunity for us.
